Q. Do you deliver to Europe

A. Yes, we can deliver to all European countries, and if the item is in stock delivery should take place in 4-7 working days. A full tracking number or courier information is provided so you can follow its progress right to your door.

Q. Do you have a showroom?

A. Yes, we do. We know how important it is to feel, touch and try any piece of new furniture, These are the aspects that make it so special. How can you trust any retailer who does not have a showroom? How confident can you be that what they are advertising is wat they are selling?

Q. Can you send out colour swatches?

A. Yes, we can. Each one costs £1, or €2.

Q. How are my items delivered?

A. Swivel UK has a range of courier partners who are responsible for our deliveries. Large orders will be sent on a pallet, by a pallet delivery company. Delivery takes place within 4-7 working days of the order being collected from our warehouse, and in many cases, sooner than this.

Q. What happens if I want to change my purchase?

A. That is fine, you have 7 days to return your purchase in its original packaging and without any damage. You may exchange the order for another item, or receive a full refund, minus 10% restocking fee. Please note that all shipping costs must be paid by you, the customer.

Q. Are your products originals?

A. No. Our products are reproductions of the original designs. We are not the licensed manufacturers of these products, but instead are offering affordable, extremely high quality reproductions of classic furniture pieces.

Q. What is the difference between Semi-Aniline and Full-Aniline Leather?

A. Full-Aniline Leather is leather that has been dyed only with soluble dyes, without covering the surface with a topcoat paint or insoluble pigments. This results in the hide's natural surface, or 'grain' being visible. Semi-Aniline Leather is produced in a very similar manner to Full Aniline, but it also has a thin protective top coat added to protect it from wear and staining. This means that the 'grin' is less visible than in Full Aniline leather, but the benefit to its durability and wear makes Semi Aniline leather a far more preferable choice for most households. Swivel UK stocks all products in Semi-Aniline leather, but all are available to order in Full-Aniline, but at a greater price. Q. Which payment methods do you accept?

A. We can accept payment for orders through the following channels:

1. Bank Transfer – Payment can be made to our bank account. The details of the Euro and Sterling accounts are at the top of every Invoice. Please do not send a bank transfer without contacting Swivel UK first.

2. Credit and Debit Card – Payment can be made through the website with a credit or debit card. We accept most cards, with the exception of American Express.

Q. I live outside the EU, can I pay VAT in my own country?

A. Yes, we can, in certain cases, remove the VAT from an Invoice. This is possible in one of two cases:

1. You are a resident in a non-EU country eg. Switzerland, Norway, Luxembourg

2. You are from an EU country, but are buying for a business. If you send us your company IVA number, we can add it to the Invoice and remove the UK VAT. Please do not order straight through the website if you wish for the UK VAT to be removed, but contact a member of our Sales Team on +44 (0) 207 100 7454

Q. Can I order by phone?

A. Yes! Please feel free to give one of our Sales Team a call on +44 (0) 207 100 7454 and place your order. They will be able to take payment over the phone. Payment through our site is 100% secure, but please do call us to order if you prefer.

Q. Is Online payment secure?

A. Our payment system is completely safe and secure. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Sage Pay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass through us can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

Q. Where are Swivel UK's products manufactured?

A. Swivel UK sources materials all over the world. Our wood is imported from America, the wool and cashmere from Denmark, Leather and Marble from Italy. Our products are assembled at our factory in Asia.

Q. Do the items sold on your website come with any sort of guarantee or warranty?

A. All products supplied have a manufacturer's warranty of one year. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer under the Sale of Goods Act.
