RETURNING AN ORDER

In the event that you change your mind, and wish to return an order once it has arrived, it is your responsibility to return any products ordered in a pristine and sale-able condition, and in the original packaging. You will be responsible for the return of the products and any associated costs of return. If you do not return goods within 7 days of receiving your products, your right to cancel will be revoked. All returns should be insured against carrier damage i.e. Recorded Delivery. You are responsible for the safekeeping of the item until it is received by us. You can instruct us to have the goods returned but the cost must be borne by you. All return shipping charges must be paid for by the customer under all circumstances and sent back to the following address, accompanied by a copy of your original Invoice:

England Once the goods have arrived at Swivel UK, in a pristine and sale-able condition, and in the original packaging, a full refund will be given, minus the original shipping charge and a 10% restocking fee. Outside of the 7 day period, a restocking fee of 30% will be deducted.
